Hi, I’m Jenn, and I'm glad to see you here. I specialize in working with Millennial and Gen Z clients who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of who they’re becoming, even when things seem “fine” on the outside. Many of my clients work in tech, counseling, or healthcare, and they often hold intersecting identities, such as being first-generation, LGBTQ+, and/or neurodivergent. As I share some of these identities myself, my work is guided by my clinical training, as well as my lived experience. In my sessions, I draw from Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Somatic Therapy. This blend allows me to offer an approach that is rooted in creativity, collaboration, and science. Together, we will focus on clarifying your values, building self-trust, and deepening relationships with others.
