Choosing to go to therapy can be a difficult decision, yet it can be a catalyst for positive change. I firmly believe seeing a therapist can provide people with the resources and support to manage and cope with life's struggles, increase their understanding of themselves, and gain tools to feel more empowered and heal. I work with people across the lifespan (5+) and see clients experiencing a wide array of concerns, such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and low self-esteem.
