Welcome! I have experience with a wide range of diagnoses, backgrounds, and ages across the entire lifespan. I see clients of all ages (0-65+) individually and as couples, as well as provide family counseling and parent guidance. With substantial experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, I continue to help them improve self-esteem, adjust to life transitions, grieve losses, and establish healthy relationships. I have a special interest in helping process past and current traumas, building healthy sustainable relationships, and play therapy. I am highly motivated to help all clients find their true inner happiness. I am dedicated to providing a safe and supportive space for clients to feel seen and heard and bring a warm and compassionate style to sessions. My goal in therapy is to help guide clients find acceptance and healing change and my goal as a therapist is to empower clients to live their best life. My approach is integrative and tailored to the clients' needs.
