I am committed to supporting clients through the challenges of life. I believe that human beings learn and grow in relationships and I am honored to be part of a relationship that allows my clients to safely explore their historical and current experiences to determine what is working and what can be worked on. My focus is on relational work, whether that be relationships with others or relationship with the self and see couples and individuals to explore how to best highlight what is working and learn skills to feel more capable to navigate life.
