Hello, I'm Jenna! I’m so glad you’re here. Being here likely means you care deeply about your child and want to help them thrive—even if taking this step feels hard. My goal is to create a space where children feel safe to be themselves and where parents feel supported and understood as well. I love working with kids and believe play is one of the most powerful ways children make sense of their world. I specialize in supporting children ages 4–12. In my playroom, children are invited to explore feelings, practice new skills, and express themselves in ways that feel natural and safe. I primarily use child-centered play therapy, allowing your child to take the lead, while also incorporating more directive play activities or cognitive behavior therapy(CBT) techniques when added structure or guidance can be helpful for specific concerns.
