Hi! Nice to meet you! Taking the first step to begin therapy is big and I am proud of you for getting started. I work with a strength based and psychodynamic approach. Some of my specialties include anxiety, stress, self-esteem, trauma, career, and women's issues. Therapy is a process of trust, work, and fulfillment. We work together to build coping skills and will create and establish goals to complete over a period of time. Everyone's growth and development will be different and the outcome will be based on each individual. I offer an online safe space where you can meet me from your computer.
