In therapy, I provide a space that embodies safety and the freedom to be yourself. In a world that tells us who or what we should be, I aim to cultivate a space where your authenticity is at the forefront. I hold a deep reverence for my clients and believe in using creativity and compassion in the therapeutic space. Starting therapy can be daunting, so I work to get to know each of my clients on a human level and create a therapeutic relationship that feels safe and trusting. I enjoy working with adults who have experienced trauma, anxiety, relational issues, depression, and more. I am LGBTQIA+ friendly and gender-affirming.
