Hello! I enjoy using a variety of treatment methods to help you improve your quality of life. I treat adults and children. I've worked in community mental health treating anxiety, depression, trauma, conflict situations, addiction, and a variety of other disorders. Let's work together! I am a Mother of two. I compete in taekwondo as a hobby. Summer is my favorite season. Please note for virtual session you must be present in a state I am licensed in (Currently Indiana and Florida). If vacationing we may have to adjust scheduling if not in a state I am currently licensed in. The first session is referred to as the intake. I will be gathering information and forming our treatment plan that acts as our roadmap for where we want to go in treatment. We will get to know each other and I’ll ask questions related to what brings you to therapy.
