I have been doing therapy since 2015, i have been in the social work field since 2008. i believe this sets me apart from other therapists because I really learned how to meet people where they were in the growth/healing process by being in the field. my experience comes from more than just school. i have a lot of life experience as well. i am a dive-right-into therapist. i want you to feel relief after the very first session. we start at your pace and go from there. it is my goal to build that rapport so you feel comfortable sharing your story with me.
