Loneliness, pain, fear, and loss can weigh so heavy on our hearts and block us from fully living out our lives with joy and purpose. If you are in a place of feeling trapped and in need of relief and hope, I am so glad you are here. It is from my own experiences with grief, anxiety, and depression, and the healing I received from therapy that I felt called to be a therapist.
