Hi all, my name is Jenna :) I am a proponent of radical acceptance, and of learning to see the beauty in the ordinary of our lives as pathways toward healing. It has been through my own suffering that I found my way to this path, and through the peace that I’ve attained that I’ve felt called to guide others as they navigate this path for themselves. My pedagogy is healing-centered and my praxis is of reciprocity and reverence for the sacred nature of the vulnerability that this work requires of both of us. It is my intention to cultivate an environment of safety and respect, free of judgement, and full of support and compassion.
