Most of the symptoms that lead us to seek help- emptiness, relationship dissatisfaction, or emotional overwhelm- point to deeper needs warranting our attention. Together, we will work to gain insight into the sources of your suffering, and the unconscious patterns that might be blocking you from living your desired life. I work with adolescents and young adults with trauma, anxiety and depression. Many are struggling to navigate family relationships during life transitions or identity shifts. As a writer, I enjoy working with artists as they navigate creative blocks.
