I am passionate about helping others find healing from the complexities of life. I treat a variety of mental health concerns and work with all people across the lifespan from a trauma informed, neurodivergent affirming, humanistic, and attachment-based theoretical lens. I have found that therapy works best and is most meaningful when it is individualistic which is why I am fond of a prescriptive approach to therapy.
