I focus on building a therapeutic relationship with empathy & trust. Moreover, my clients are empowered to utilize their resources, strengths, and resilience to shape what direction their lives take. I work with individuals ages 5 & up! When working with younger clients, I work collaboratively with their support systems, & find age appropriate ways to empower their autonomy. When working with adults, I combined compassion & solutions-focused approaches to assist my clients in better understanding themselves, their abilities, & their successes!
