About

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at the Women's Psychotherapy Center. I have been in the mental health field for almost 20 years, and am a perinatal mental health specialist. I have experience working with pregnant and postpartum moms, individuals with depression, anxiety and mood disorders, family discord, grief/loss, teens with social-emotional challenges, quarter-life crises and a variety of life stressors and adjustments. I am also an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist and ally. I'm passionate about working with individuals in the LGBTQ+ community, and have acquired a great deal of professional knowledge in this area. I enjoy infusing humor, creative expression and relaxation techniques into sessions, so that clients can tap into wholehearted versions of themselves.
