I help children (typically ages 4+), teens, and adults meet their goals and find healing. When you or your child are struggling with trauma, difficult life events, challenging behaviors, and anxiety it can be overwhelming to know where to start. I use a warm, non-judgemental approach to help individuals and families feel safe to show up as themselves to process painful experiences and feelings. When appropriate, I use humour because therapy can be fun too! I have 5+ years experience working with children, their families, and adults. I have experience working in schools and collaborating with educators to support growth.
