Hello, my name is Jenna! I am focused on providing you a supportive, empathetic, and welcoming therapeutic experience. I want to help you and those you love with struggles by providing support and guidance. I take from a wide range of therapeutic modalities to work with clients to create an individual treatment plan to help them succeed and be the best version of themselves. I believe concerns stem not only from our individual thoughts and behaviors, but our environment and views of the environment. Challenges are a normal part of life, and guidance is sometimes needed in order to flourish and overcome challenges.
