Currently on short waitlist. Hey I'm Jenna. I specialize in trauma and I am ready to help you get some relief from your trauma symptoms. Rather than treating symptoms, I look to treat the root cause and facilitate healing that so that symptoms are no longer present. I provide in person sessions so there is a comfortable space for you to process. I have experience with men and women of all ages and if you're ready, I'm ready. I don't believe that therapy has to have a stuffy feel, I encourage you to allow your personality to come through as we work together to get you where you want to be. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor as well as a Registered-Dance/Movement Therapist, specializing in EMDR therapy. I love to support individuals in meeting their goals while also challenging them to put in the work it will take to get there. My practice is different as we are able to meet in office, in nature, or do adventure based work.
