Hi, I’m Jenna! I am a licensed Psychotherapist and Clinical Hypnotherapist in Colorado and Florida and will soon be licensed in California. Over the past 14 years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people as they work through stress and anxiety, relationship challenges, low motivation, self-esteem and confidence struggles, and depression. I believe in meeting every person with respect, compassion, and genuine care. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where we can explore what you’re going through and tailor the process to your unique needs. Beginning September 27th, 2025, I’ll also be offering hypnotherapy as another tool to support healing and growth.
