About

Do you feel trapped by food rules, body distress, perfectionism, or constant self-doubt? Maybe you keep questioning your memories, motives, or choices, no matter how much reassurance you get. In a world that invalidates difference and rewards self-denial, it makes sense that your mind and body feel tired and confused. For many neurodivergent folks, the cycle of control and collapse can feel endless. But recovery is a powerful act of resistance: a way to reclaim your body, your voice, and your right to take up space—and to be unapologetically who you are. I provide Autism and ADHD evaluations and therapy for teens and adults seeking eating disorder recovery, OCD support, or help navigating chronic illness and identity stress. My work rejects compliance-based models in favor of collaboration, consent, and respect for neurodivergent ways of being.
