I offer in-person and virtual sessions for adults, couples, and families residing in California, and virtual sessions for residents of Connecticut and Utah. As a Level 2 trained IFS therapist, I specialize in helping people recover from: disconnection, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, addictions, grief, trauma, and life transitions. For couples therapy I specialize in working with engaged couples preparing for marriage, as well as couples that are feeling stuck in their relationship. I am passionate about helping adult family members work through conflict, heal intergenerational wounds, and establish a new family blueprint.
