I’ve always felt called to help others grow and heal, and I’ve had the privilege of working with children, individuals and families from all walks of life. Whether you or your child are struggling with life transitions, navigating relationship struggles, or simply trying to understand yourself on a deeper level, I’m here to support you with compassion and care. I draw from a range of approaches including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy to tailor each session to meet your unique needs. My goal is to make therapy feel accessible and collaborative. I aim to keep our conversations down-to-earth, supportive, and meaningful.
