I am passionate about helping people restore wholeheartedness to their lives. This includes the mental, relational, spiritual, and emotional areas. It is sometimes overwhelming to begin the healing process, so I want to provide a safe environment. I am trained in EMDR, EFT, certified in Multi Dimensional Partner Trauma through APSATS, and have completed certification in the Minwalla Model. I am also certified in Early Recovery Couples Empathy Model. Recently, I completed Narrative Focused Trauma Care Level I training through The Allender Center.
