As a social worker and psychotherapist, I believe in the innate power of every individual to heal. No matter how much of an 'uphill battle' the healing process may at first seem to you, I am dedicated to helping individuals and couples improve their lives - both inside and out. In my therapy practice, I offer a non-judgmental, safe space where you can open up to the solutions that are very likely already inside you.
