Many people come to therapy because life has become heavier than expected. Struggling doesn't mean failing, it means you're human. You don't need to be in crisis to deserve support. I have worked with adults, adolescents, children, for the past 20 plus years who experienced depression, anxiety, and trauma. I recognize there is not a "one size fits all" model approach to treatment and I tailor my clinical work to each persons unique history, strengths, and needs. My approach is collaborative and grounded in helping you build on existing strengths while developing practical tools to focus on what is within your control. Together, we work toward reducing distress, increasing a sense of safety and emotional security, and support you in moving forward in your life with greater peace and stability. In my work with teenagers and children, I focus on helping them develop skills to understand and manage their emotions and strengthen coping skills.
