About
I work with individuals and couples, and I’m especially passionate about supporting people who live with ADHD, anxiety, chronic pain, and grief. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or worn down by experiences that others don’t always understand. Most people I work with want to communicate more clearly, procrastinate less, feel more connected in their relationships, and experience greater freedom in their daily lives. Together, we focus on understanding how your brain, body, and life experiences interact — and how small, intentional changes can lead to meaningful relief and growth. I draw from Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), using education and hands-on experiences to support insight and real-world change.
