I look forward to working with you toward your goals! My practice is client driven, and I use a combination of approaches to meet each individual's needs, recognizing that there are a multitude of factors that contribute to mental health and/or social instability. I tailor each session and strive to adjust method and practice so that it is comfortable and effective. For over 20 years I have worked extensively with clients facing anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship and parenting issues, separation, attachment disorders, gender identity questions, and loss/bereavement in a variety of settings.
