I can meet you where you are at in your life & on your journey. For over 24 years, I have walked along side people experiencing anxiety, depression, past/current traumas, family dynamics, life stressors & changes, losses, & a wide variety of mental health symptoms. I am honored to have served those struggling with disordered eating, survived a suicide attempt, or is the survivor of loved one who died by suicide. The clients I assist have goals of feeling better, living life with a better understanding of self, being kinder to themselves, and finding a more present connection to their life and the people they care about. I am an experienced individual therapist (who also sees couples and families) and group therapist. I have worked in mental health agencies, residential treatment, correctional facilities, county and state level services, and more than half of my career has been serving Veterans and their caregivers. I hold space for those with end of life transition issues.
