About
I help women of all ages heal from relational trauma and attachment injuries, guiding them to recognize patterns, break unhealthy cycles, rebuild trust, and cultivate safe, fulfilling relationships. I also support adolescent girls (10+) in developing confidence, healthy coping skills, and navigating social and relational challenges. Using a trauma-informed, relational, strengths-based approach, I help clients manage anxiety, strengthen self-esteem, set boundaries, heal relational wounds, and navigate life and relationships with greater resilience and empowerment.
