I believe that we heal the world by healing each other and heal each other by healing the world. You can get through this, whatever it may be. You can even grow through it. I can support you in times of crisis, growth, and giving so that you can show up fully for yourself and your relationships. Whether you're struggling or disappointed in your sexual or romantic relationships, you're dealing with trauma, or transition, I'll be on your team. Therapy is a tool you can use to build on the strength and resilience you already have. Asking thought provoking questions, listening to your story and exploring how it might change, identifying various parts of you and what role they play/how they can work together, all of these are approaches I can bring to the table depending on your needs and wants. I help couples and polycules enhance communication, boundaries, and co-regulation.
