I believe that the therapeutic rapport is key to success. I am eclectic with my approach and draw upon cognitive, behavioral, attachment, schema approaches, and EMDR. I am client-centered and believe that each individual has the ability to create a meaningful and fulfilling life. My ideal client is someone interested in understanding why they engage in thoughts and feelings that are currently proving unhelpful and learning patterns of behaviors and relationships that will create a better fit for the client's goals.
