Feelings of anxiety, stress, sadness and depression can begin to cloud our daily experiences and decrease the sense of fulfillment and joy. I utilize techniques to help alleviate these negative sensations and thoughts, keeping you grounded in the present, enhancing your inherent abilities to heal and work on plans for a more hopeful future.
