I'm Jenni Brooks, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with a Doctorate in the Advanced Studies in Human Behavior. I have 9 yrs of clinical counseling experience with all ages and over 20+ years in the mental health field, with many specialties including but not limited to mood disorders, significant mental illness, psychosis, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, grief and loss, aging, trauma (PTSD), Autism Spectrum Disorder, Developmental/Intellectual Disabilities, OCD, Eating Disorders, Self-Esteem/Self-Worth struggles, Interpersonal and Family Problems. Typically, the first session will be getting to know each other to provide that comfort and ability to feel safe and able to open up about what brought you to counseling. I will gather information regarding your history to aid in knowing you and your background so I can best assist in your current needs.
