For a long time I have desired to bring wellness to our people with simple access. As the concept of mental health is finally gaining the audience it deserves I realize there is a missing piece. You don't have to be "not well" or "not functioning" to have a therapist or coach to help you through challenging times or humps. My goal is always to support you in reaching your own optimal functioning. What is to be acknowledged is that this means something different for each of us individually.
