Seeking help can be intimidating and scary. Revealing the most vulnerable pieces of yourself to a stranger takes an incredible amount of courage and risk, and is often a barrier to people seeking help. However, simply reading this means you’re brave enough to take that risk and you’re already taking the initial steps toward living a life that you want for yourself. My goal is to help you in a timeframe that works for you. Therapy is a process and I believe it moves at your pace and in the direction you see fit.
