I work with clients who suffer with depression, anxiety, or trauma, including symptoms of emotional distress, hyper vigilance, and sleep disturbances. I work with clients who struggle with managing their emotions, behaviors or interpersonal relationships as a result of their mental health issues. My goal in therapy is create a safe environment for my clients where we work collaboratively to establish therapeutic goals and objectives. I teach my clients coping skills to manage their emotional dysregulation and I provide psychoeducation and resources as need to help my clients live happy and productive lives.
