I want therapy to feel like an outlet for you and a space for you to grow. It is going to be work but should never feel like a burden. If you feel like you have lost yourself, or you have always been lost, we will work together to find the best version of you. This is your time to shine! We will focus on your strengths and look at what is working. The parts of your life that are not serving you we can explore and find solutions. We will take it a step at a time, no rush. I am fully virtual at this time which I have found supportive for all schedules.
