The foundation of every therapeutic relationship is built on empathy, trust and unconditional positive regard. Most often I find that my clients just want a safe person to trust who is able to kindly challenge them when needed while offering a fresh perspective to their own thinking. I am honored to afford my clients both the presence and the space they need to heal from their pain. I believe life is a journey.
