Welcome! I know that finding the right therapist can be challenging, especially when things may already feel overwhelming. Life gets busy, relationships get strained, and it can be tough to juggle all of the different hats you wear. I believe that everyone has strengths and my goal is to empower you to work through barriers that may lead you to be feeling stuck. I provide a safe, nurturing environment where we can work together to reduce your emotional pain from childhood, adulthood or from traumatic events. I'm compassionate, non-judgmental and a therapist who cares! I love being a therapist! It's both an honor and a privilege.
