While I often work with those experiencing OCD, anxiety, phobias, and trauma, my greatest specialty is not a diagnosis, but the person in front of me. I believe that all parts of you, both the ones you understand and the ones that feel confusing or overwhelming, deserve to be seen, heard, and respected. Therapy with me is not about pushing through or performing healing “correctly,” but about creating a space where you feel safe enough to explore and grow.
