Let’s Unmask! As a queer & neurodivergent affirming therapist, my approach is gentle, with curiosity and humor. I definitely don’t take myself too seriously. Emotions are tricky goobers—loud, slippery, at times dramatic. You don’t have to wrestle with them alone. Together, we can notice, name, and process what shows up so those feelings don’t keep you stuck any longer than needed. I believe your nervous system is a landscape to embrace and understand. Through psychodynamic insight, practical tools, and compassionate exploration, we can uncover where old patterns come from and gently unlearn what no longer serves you.
