Do you feel disconnected from life, or like you're in a boat without a paddle. Maybe you're feeling depressed and anxious about everything and nothing all at the same time. I work with people who are experiencing painful emotions that make relationships difficult, especially relationships with themself. I use Internal Family Systems to help heal the parts of you that are hurting. I also use DBT, CBT, and Mindfulness to assist with integrating and healing the feelings that can take over or feel extreme. People who work with me say they feel lighter, have more internal space to navigate life's issues, and feel more inner clarity.
