I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have been practicing for over 16 years. I have worked with children, adolescents and adults for over two decades, building on strengths and overcoming challenges. I work with the individual to address emotional and mental health. I provide trauma informed interventions that are tailored to the individual client. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Psychodynamic and Attachment Based therapy, as well as other modalities which focus on reaching individual goals. Using what works best for each and every client we will develop a plan for success.
