There is hope, and change is possible. I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate which means all my training is focused on relationships. I have additional training in Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT) which is an evidence-based modality for relational therapy based on attachment theory. I often pull from solution-focused, person-centered, behavioral modalities, narrative theory, and more.
