I specialize in helping children, adolescents, individual adults, couples, and families through the stressors of life by supporting person-centered goals to challenge issues like depression, anxiety, poor self-concept, shame, traumatic experiences, and relationship struggles. I also have experience working with first responders and with children and families in the foster care system. We all get stuck and feel lost at times.
