I am a Licensed Master Social Worker who is passionate about helping those in physical, emotional, spiritual, and mental distress. I have worked in oncology for over 25 years and collaborate with top-rated health professionals to stay current on the latest research. I have extensive experience with depression, anxiety, grief/loss, trauma, stress management, PTSD, bipolar disorders, and coping with life transitions. I also assist couples in healing their marriages and families. Additionally, I hold a Women's Christian Counseling certificate and am open to helping people use their individual spirituality as a way to cope. In my personal experience, I have been a caregiver to several people in my family with their health issues. Although I take an individualized approach, I often use cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and a structured support approach.
