My name is Jennifer Gitlin Schaefer and I am a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC). I received my bachelor’s in Fine Arts from Rutgers University and my master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. I have experience working in a partial care program and private practice with individuals, couples and families struggling with anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, bipolar disorder, trauma, grief and relationship issues. Additionally, I have led groups on topics such as dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma and substance abuse.
