I have over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, I specialize in working with adults ages 18 to 65, helping individuals navigate life's challenges with compassion, clarity, and proven therapeutic tools. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with advanced training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). My approach is trauma-informed, client-centered, and collaborative. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, , past trauma, relationship issues, or life transitions. I strive to create a supportive space where healing and growth are possible. I believe in empowering clients with both insight and practical strategies to foster lasting change.
