If you are struggling with your self-thoughts, personal relationships, and/or marriage, I can help. The more I interact with others, the more I see the contradictions we often feel in our relationships. I bring a unique blend of life experiences and training to my clients to help them achieve their life and relationship goals. I have specialized training in cognitive-behavioral therapy, discernment counseling, and couples counseling. I also work with individuals, couples and families dealing with conflict, trauma, and anxiety.
