Prior to pursuing a career in mental health, I spent nearly ten years working in the Arts & Entertainment industry. I know the complexities of juggling your professional and personal life in an environment where everything seems to be public. I also know how isolating it can feel to straddle both worlds while attempting to stay true to yourself.
